This brass and hermit shell necklace, is built from reclaimed finger plates taken from the doors of an abandoned hotel in Devon, England. It is uniquely built from one flat sheet of metal and is molded, stamped and beaten into shape, using no solder, it is one solid piece.

Each piece is hand crafted over many hours, using only tools that I could carry on my touring bicycle, the stamps are made from nails I found on my journey down the west coast of America to Mexico, using needle files to make the shapes needed. This piece was made in Todos Santos in Baja, Mexico.
