Shipping costs (tracked & insured) All orders are shipped tracked and insured at the following flat rates:

• UK: £25 (Tracked & Insured)
• Europe: £65 (Tracked & Insured)
• International: £110 (Tracked & Insured)

Dispatch and delivery We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible once your order is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Customs and import fees (non-UK deliveries) For deliveries outside the UK, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns Policy

30-day returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned in original condition (unused and undamaged)

• Include any accessories/parts originally supplied

• Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit

Return shipping costs

• Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect (see below).

• We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund processing time

• Once we receive your return, we will process it within 4 days of receipt.

• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so we can resolve it quickly.
